For this Performance Task, you will be adopting the role of the  director of Scribbles Early Learning Program who is invested in  supporting family engagement through culturally responsive practices. As  a tool for furthering this goal, you have decided to hold two  workshops—one for staff and one for families. These workshops will be  designed to support staff and families in understanding 1) the  importance of family engagement, and 2) how engagement can be fostered  through culturally responsive strategies. For this Performance Task you  will develop an outline for each workshop.
Submission Length: Two workshop outline templates, 1-2 pages in length each.

Promoting Family Engagement at Scribbles Early Learning Program
The Scribbles Early Learning Program is committed to supporting the  development and learning of each child within the program community.  Within each of the classrooms and the larger program, families are  embraced as partners. As the director for the program, your goal is to  work to enhance and strengthen the current model through integration of  evidence-based practices. You have gathered information about the  program, as reflected in the “Scribbles Early Learning Center Program  Description” document. In your conversation with program staff, you have  identified that although there are many opportunities and structures in  place to support family engagement, the majority of families within  Scribbles Early Learning Program are not presently engaged as partners  in the early childhood classroom/program community. You have decided to  develop two workshops, one for staff and one for families, with the goal  of sharing information that will increase and enhance family  engagement.

Part 1: Family Engagement Workshop for Staff

For this portion of your Assessment, you will complete a workshop  outline for staff that promotes knowledge of culturally responsive  practices that support family engagement. The objectives of your  workshop include explaining:

Benefits of family engagement for families
Culturally responsive communication and collaboration skills that support family engagement
Culturally responsive practices/strategies that can be implemented  in early childhood settings to promote meaningful family partnerships  and support family engagement

Part 2: Family Engagement Workshop

For this portion of your Assessment, you will complete a workshop  outline for families that is designed to support their engagement within  the early childhood environment. The objectives of your workshop  include explaining:

How children benefit from family engagement in early childhood settings
Culturally responsive ways families can become meaningfully engaged in the Scribbles Early Learning Program

2.    Discuss the scope of an organization’s marketing audit and elements of that audit.
Week 7 Discussion Forum (ECO550 Managerial Economics)
Keds-the traditional maker of white canvas tennis shoes-was near oblivion in the early 1980s because competitors like Nike, Reebok, Adidas, and Brooks took away many of its customers. If you were at the helm of Keds, what would you have done to turn the company around?
Unit 7 DB: Existing Conditions and Different Industry Environments (BUS411 Business Policy Seminar)
Linda A. Hill, Harvard Business School professor, discusses several paradoxes that exist having to do with innovation including fostering the need to experiment and discover while still meeting product deadlines.
After watching Hill’s three videos provide responses and explanations to the following questions:

If diversity creates conflict, in what ways can it lead to      innovation?
Is it effective for a leader to set a vision for      innovation?   Should innovation be planned?
What element or elements are necessary for innovation to occur in      the workplace?
Building a culture that stimulates ‘collective genius.’ Innovation      is less about breakthrough moments and more to do with channeling      organization-wide intelligence and diversity. Do you agree with Linda, and      why?

Unit 7 Discussion (ACC450 Advanced Accounting)
What Happens if a Partner Becomes Insolvent? Page 712.
In 2010, three dentists—Ben Rogers, Judy Wilkinson, and Henry Walker—formed a partnership to open a practice in Toledo, Ohio. The partnership’s primary purpose was to reduce expenses by sharing building and equipment costs, supplies, and the services of a clerical staff. Each contributed $70,000 in cash and, with the help of a bank loan, constructed a building and acquired furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Because the partners maintained their own separate clients, annual net income has been allocated as follows: Each partner receives the specific amount of revenues that he or she generated during the period less one-third of all expenses. From the beginning, the partners did not anticipate expansion of the practice; consequently, they could withdraw cash each year up to 90 percent of their share of income for the period.
The partnership had been profitable for a number of years. Over the years, Rogers has used much of his income to speculate in real estate in the Toledo area. By 2020 he was spending less time with the dental practice so that he could concentrate on his investments. Unfortunately, a number of these real estate deals proved to be bad decisions, and he incurred significant losses. On November 8, 2020, while Rogers was out of town, his personal creditors filed a $97,000 claim against the partnership’s assets. Unbeknownst to Wilkinson and Walker, Rogers had become personally insolvent.
Wilkinson and Walker hurriedly met to discuss the problem because Rogers could not be located. Rogers’s capital account was currently at $105,000, but the partnership had only $27,000 in cash and liquid assets. The partners knew that Rogers’s dental equipment had been used for many years and could be sold for relatively little. In contrast, the building had appreciated in value, and Rogers’s creditors’ claims could be satisfied by selling the property. However, this action would have a tremendously adverse impact on the dental practice of the remaining two partners.
What alternatives are available to Wilkinson and Walker to deal with this situation, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of each?

Write a final paper from my rough draft with following all

Upon completing the writing project, you will:
(1) Obtain experience in writing about genomics;
(2) Synthesize information from several sources that address your topic and your question;
(3) Build an argument to defend the answer to your topic/question.
For each option, the final product of the writing project will be a five-page (double-spaced) report. The project must be written eloquently and in complete sentences. Writing quality counts!

Submitted on time – 20 points
Brief Introduction to your topic (1-2 paragraphs) – 50 points

This should be brief but give the reader the context to understand your paper. Assume the audience of your paper is your fellow classmates and Dr. Demuth. Make sure that you include information that is relevant to your thesis, and exclude information that is not relevant to your thesis.

Thesis – 20 points

This is where you start addressing your question and/or thesis. It is the start of the body, or main part, of your project.
BOLD these sentences.

Body (100 points)

This is the main part of your paper and includes arguments for defending your thesis. You will likely cite a few research papers here.
There must be a minimum of three paragraphs and five pages. 10 points will be deducted for each missing paragraph or page.
The five pages are for WRITING; references and/or figures are not included.

A citation/reference to at least TWO lectures – 20 points

This is to make sure that the basic principles of genomics are in your paper. You can use a simple citation format, such as (Module 2, Genomic diversity).

At least THREE citations/references to the primary RESEARCH literature – 30 points

This has to be a research article (not a review article or a mainstream news article). If you are unsure, you can ask Dr. Fujita. Many students lose points on this so be sure you have a real research paper!

Adequate grammar – 30 points

Use complete and coherent sentences. The paper needs to flow and make logical sense. Dr. Demuth must be able to understand the writing.

Unicheck score is <10% – 10 points
Response to blind reviews – 40 points

You need to provide responses to the group review feedback.
Every comment/suggestion needs to be responded to.
For positive feedback, a simple “Thank you” will suffice.
For constructive feedback, explain in a sentence or two how you addressed that feedback in your paper.
Submit this as a separate page in your paper.

Avenue of Advocacy that I Have Taken Into My Personal Life Discussion

reply to discussion post belowWhat a phenomenal story Pete, thank you for sharing that story with us!  And can I say how thankful so many families must be, that have had loved ones saved dues to your extensive efforts to get this program started!  One avenue of advocacy that I have taken into my personal life is helping educate and assist people with nutrition.  Although this is not directly related to CI/KR, I feel that the country as a whole does not do enough with the education of our youth.  One way this could be alleviated is through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other agricultural companies throughout the Nation.  Although this is a tough topic to speak of, largely due to the fact that so much of the Nation’s agricultural cash crops (Corn, Soy, Wheat, etc.) are controlled by monopolies.  With vast sums of money tied into these resources, why would information be given to the masses that would tell them to stop eating products containing corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, dextrose, sugar, maltodextrin just to name a few. One young man that I work with has been having issues with his weight and it has started to negatively effect his health, work performance and productivity.  I took it upon myself to start educating him and helping with his overall health.  The first thing that I did was sit down with him and asked him to name 5 things that he routinely eats that he knows he shouldn’t.  The list contained items such as soda, chips and other convenient snacks, sweet breads, desserts… you get the idea.  Now, this is a 26 year old male, active duty Navy and an adult capable of making his own decisions.  If he KNOWS that he shouldn’t be eating items such as this, why is he?  There is information out there that tells us things like this are bad for our overall health, but what about those individuals that don’t get to make their own nutritional choices?  This is a topic very near and dear to me and I am extremely curious to see what some of you think.  I feel the more information needs to provided to the youth of our country, and from a government standpoint, WE need to initiate a movement to better the health and well-being of our children.

Case study — home depot

POWER OF THE SITUATION
The motive to fit in often compels people to do what is considered appropriate behavior in a given situation. Sometimes the compulsion to fit in leads people to say or do something at odds with their sense of self. No one wants to be perceived as weird. Therefore, when the situation calls for a certain kind of behavior, people are likely to comply, even when that behavior is not consistent with their self-concept.
For this Discussion, you will examine conflict between a person’s behavior and sense of Be sure to review the Learning Resources before completing this activity.Click the weekly resources link to access the resources.

Creative writing | American history homework help

Creative writing in response to literature is a way for students to respond to literature in a personal way. Creative writing provides a way for students to practice critical thinking and develop a stronger understanding of literary criticism while showing creativity and a bit of their own personalities. For this creative writing assignment, you will do a character analysis to allow you to get inside the mind of one of the characters.”Rip Van Winkle” and “Young Goodman Brown” are told as third-person narratives, not as first-person narratives. The difference is that a third-person narrative presents the characters to us in the words of a narrator rather than from the words of the characters themselves. The story contains descriptions such as “Rip Van Winkle did this” or “Young Goodman Brown said that,” but it’s not as if the characters themselves are telling everything from their perspective. Of course, sometimes they speak in the story, but they do not get to tell the story or what they thinking or feeling. It is up to the reader to determine what the characters might be thinking or feeling. For this assignment, choose one of the following options:(A) Imagine you are Rip Van Winkle’s daughter, Judith, writing a journal entry after her father reappears after 20 years. Try to get into the mind of Judith. Be imaginative and creative. Pretend you are Judith and have just seen your father after he has been missing for 20 years. You will not be retelling the plot of the story; you will be Judith reflecting on the events of the day. In this journal entry you can put down whatever thoughts she might have using absolute frankness and honesty.? OR(B) Imagine you are Young Goodman Brown writing a journal entry the day after the events described in the story. Try to get into the mind of Goodman Brown. Be imaginative and creative. Pretend you are Goodman Brown and have just experienced the events described in the story. You will not be retelling the plot of the story; you will be Goodman Brown interpreting and reflecting on the events of the day. In this journal entry you can put down whatever thoughts Goodman Brown might have using absolute frankness and honesty.? Criteria:

Write a minimum 400 words in paragraph form, using Times New Roman 12-point font (or similar) with double spacing. A title page is not required.
